Carmen Bottini is the Director of Customer Success at Continual Care Solutions, where he leads strategic initiatives to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. With over 30 years of experience in customer support, program management, and process improvement, Carmen is known for his results-driven leadership and commitment to operational excellence. Prior to joining Continual Care Solutions, Carmen served as User Acceptance Test (UAT) Manager for Sling TV at DISH Network, where he led a team responsible for ensuring the stability and customer-readiness of streaming applications across platforms like Roku, Amazon, and iOS. Carmen spent over two decades at Xerox Corporation, holding key roles in global remote services, product launches, and vendor management. His work included optimizing support processes for new product releases, improving remote resolution rates, and leading global user engagement testing. He also managed the selection and rollout of a SaaS support tool that significantly increased remote solve rates. He holds a Master’s Degree in Service Management and is a Lean Six Sigma Certified Black Belt. Carmen’s strengths include cross-functional leadership, strategic planning, process optimization, and vendor relations.
