Katherine—a forward-thinking leader at the intersection of healthcare and human services—is responsible for developing IMPOWR’s strategy for engaging the healthcare sector, overseeing marketing and sales, and supporting implementation for new customers.

 

Katherine’s career has been dedicated to community impact. With extensive healthcare experience in strategy, operations, consulting, and Medicaid/Medicare programs, she joined IMPOWR in 2023 after eight years serving as a key leader at Kaiser Permanente.

 

Her foundational experiences were forged in the community, where she dedicated five years to serving as a social worker. Katherine currently serves as Executive-in-Residence for The Sloan Program for Health Administration at Cornell and holds an M.A. in Health Administration and a B.A. in Psychology.
