Previously, Sean founded business management consultancy Foresight Solutions and held pivotal roles at institutions like the University of Rochester Medical Center, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Ernst & Young, among others.

 

As a passionate advocate for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), Sean actively participates with a number of nonprofit organizations. Also a sought-after lecturer, he holds an MBA and an MHA, as well as a B.S. in Health Services Administration.
