Since joining IMPOWR in 2023, Sofia has led product design, project management, and user research, and she is extremely talented at crafting innovative designs aligned with user needs. Through effective project management, she ensures seamless goal alignment and elevation of IMPOWR's solutions, and her proactive approach and design expertise fuel IMPOWR's innovation and user-centric solutions in technology design.

 

Before embarking on her journey at IMPOWR, Sofia held multifaceted roles encompassing full-stack development, content creation, and UX design. Her expertise traverses an array of coding languages, from HTML and CSS to Java, MySQL, and PHP, showcasing her versatile technical acumen. She holds a B.S. in Human-Centered Computing.
